Restorative Yoga w/Reflexology Workshop (Beginner/Level 1)​

Reflexology is an ancient healing modality that deals with the principal that nerve endings in the feet and hands correspond to all glands, organs, regions and systems of the body. When stress, toxins and illness are present, the natural flow of energy is compromised and manifests as congestion in the corresponding reflex points and dis-ease within the body. Enjoy this gentle, calming yoga practice paired with the healing and regenerative benefits of reflexology. This deeply nurturing and informative workshop teaches rotating quarterly themes (stress/anxiety reduction, overwhelm/burnout, insomnia/restful sleep etc.) for self-application, as well as a mini-reflexology session from the instructor at the end of each class to get you completely and totally relaxed. Suitable for all fitness and experience levels. Please bring a yoga mat to class.

Mindful Yoga w/Meditation
Workshop
(Beginner/Level 1)​

Experience a calmer nervous system, improved ability to cope with stress and pain, higher quality sleep, better focus and attention as well as an overall sense of ease and well-being with this mindful yoga practice paired with meditation. In this gentle workshop, we will combine movement, breath work, mindfulness and meditation to cultivate the many benefits associated with a mindful meditation practice. Rotating quarterly themes will explore a different meditation technique (guided visualization, crystal gazing, singing bowls etc.) each workshop. Suitable for all fitness and experience levels. Please bring a yoga mat to class.​

Yoga Nidra Workshop
(Beginner/Level 1)​

Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep) is a deep relaxation practice that has been shown to reduce stress, tension and anxiety as well as calm symptoms of chronic pain, headaches, depression and high blood pressure by balancing the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems as well as the left and right hemispheres of the brain. Yoga Nidra promotes the production of low beta, increases and balances alpha and theta, and produces delta brainwaves. 1 hour of Yoga Nidra is said to be equivalent to 4 hours of restorative sleep! This gentle workshop pairs a calming yoga practice with guided Yoga Nidra Meditation. Suitable for all fitness and experience levels.

Please bring a yoga mat and anything else you may like (pillows, blankets, bolsters etc.) to make yourself a perfect “rest nest”.

Restorative Yoga w/Reiki-Lithotherapy Workshop
(Beginner/Level 1)​

Reiki (laying-on of hands) is a Japanese relaxation technique for stress reduction and relaxation that can also promote profound healing. It is administered by the practitioner gently placing the hands on or just above the energy meridians of the body. Lithotherapy (laying-on of stones) is the use of purpose specific crystals on or within the body’s energy field. Ancient cultures all over the world have utilized the metaphysical properties of sacred stones for energetic, spiritual, emotional and physical wellbeing. Enjoy this gentle, calming yoga practice paired with the healing and regenerative benefits of reiki-lithotherapy. This deeply nurturing and informative workshop teaches via rotating quarterly themes (stress/anxiety reduction, willpower/self-esteem, self-love/self-expression etc.) with appropriate crystals placed on the body as well as a mini-reiki/lithotherapy session from the instructor at the end of each class. Suitable for all fitness and experience levels. Please bring a yoga mat to class.
