Owner and founder of Crysterra Wellness LLC.  I am a RYT Certified Yoga Instructor and have been practicing yoga and meditation for over 20 years. I am also a Certified Reflexologist in both Clinical and Thai Reflexology, a Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Master, and Certified Lithotherapist.  I teach yoga in Dexter and the surrounding areas and see clients at my Downtown Dexter office. My main areas of focus are building and maintaining mental and physical balance, strength, flexibility and resilience through a lens of self-care for stress/anxiety relief and optimal wellness. ​It is my personal belief that the current portrayal of self-care can sometimes appear to be misrepresented, or even backward, often characterized as an unnecessary indulgence rather than an important and necessary function for optimal health and wellness both now and in the long term. My goal is to change that outdated perception one class, one session, one connection at a time. The core fundamental philosophies of Crysterra Wellness are built on stress and anxiety reduction, relaxation, nurturing and healing. Crysterra Wellness Offerings and Services have been designed to support and promote the healthy act of self-care, respect, kindness and appreciation of our whole-selves; mind, body and soul.
